The Ealing Restaurant Awards were founded in 2018 by Rebecca from Social Savour and EatInEaling, and Andy from Debaere. It was a reaction to the fact none of the brilliant, local independent restaurants in the borough got much of a look in when foodie spots in London got mentioned. West London has a long and rich history of being a melting pot, both when it comes to its people, and it's food. We felt it was high time something was done to rectify this. The Ealing Restaurant Awards were born, and the rest was history.
